This lecture provides a focused review of the recognition and management of intraoperative arrhythmias. Aimed at anesthesia providers, it covers common causes, clinical implications, and evidence-based treatment strategies for both bradyarrhythmias and tachyarrhythmias encountered in the OR. The session emphasizes rapid assessment, pharmacologic interventions, electrical therapies thus equipping clinicians with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively when the rhythm goes rogue.
